Fee Policy

All fees are subject to review.

Fees shown are starting points for typical assignments on standard residential properties. Every engagement is reviewed and quoted individually before work begins. Final fees depend on the property type, size, age, location, condition, and any complexity specific to the assignment — including atypical construction, limited comparable data, waterfront or acreage properties, or expedited turnaround requirements.

There are no surprises after the fact. If a property or scope requires a fee above the starting point, that is discussed and agreed upon before the inspection is scheduled. All assignments are quoted directly — no AMC, no management layer.

To get a fee quote for your specific property, call (253) 548-7487 or use the contact form below.
